Consider/Approve Bid for Asphalt Sealing and Striping |

Background Information : In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for asphalt sealing and striping at Hillcrest Elementary School and Lake Road Elementary School (specifications attached). We received bids from three (3) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows: Gill's Sealing – $21,940.00 Roach – $28,197.00 Murphy's Sealcoat – $32,850.00
Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications. |
